1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing Edward, you agree to these Terms. Edward is operated by Estatescope, MB, a company registered in Lithuania (company code: 306220091), with registered office at Šimonių g. 23, Ustukių k., LT-39101 Pasvalio r., Lithuania. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Edward is an AI SEO platform. It provides automated keyword research, search-engine-optimized article generation, website publishing automation, AI image creation, multilingual content support (50+ languages), and integrations with content management systems such as WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use Edward you must:

  • Provide truthful registration information.
  • Keep your account details up to date.
  • Protect your login credentials and not share them.
  • Take responsibility for all activity on your account.
  • Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription and Payment

Plans start at $39 per month and renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Pricing is subject to change with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy. By subscribing, you authorize Estatescope, MB to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

5. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Access remains available through the end of the paid period. No partial-month refunds apply. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all brand materials, website data, and source content you provide to Edward. Content generated by Edward AI becomes your property — you have full rights to use, modify, and publish AI-generated content. You are responsible for ensuring that generated content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights before publication. The Edward platform itself, including its software, models, designs, and trademarks, remains the intellectual property of Estatescope, MB.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use Edward to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, defamatory, hateful, or deceptive content.
  • Produce spam, low-quality bulk content designed to manipulate search engines in violation of search provider policies, or content intended to defraud users.
  • Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models or source code.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the infrastructure that powers the service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without our written authorization.
  • Engage in any activity that violates applicable law.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements, that search ranking outcomes will be achieved, or that content generation will be uninterrupted or error-free. Specific results and timelines cannot be guaranteed.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Estatescope, MB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Estatescope, MB against any third-party claims arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of third-party rights, or harm caused by content you generate or publish through Edward.

12. Data Protection and Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. We operate in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable privacy laws.

13. Third-Party Integrations

Edward integrates with third-party services (such as WordPress, Shopify, and Google Search Console). When you connect these, you remain responsible for complying with the relevant third-party terms, for maintaining valid credentials, and for any issues that arise from those third-party services.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation will be brought before the competent courts of the Republic of Lithuania at the registered seat of Estatescope, MB. Consumers resident in the EU retain the protections of mandatory consumer law in their country of residence.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Money-Back Guarantee, constitute the entire agreement between you and Estatescope, MB regarding the use of Edward, and supersede any prior agreement on the same subject matter.
