We stand behind the platform. If Edward fails to generate content for you in the first 14 days of your initial subscription, we will refund what you paid. Below is exactly how it works.
1. Duration
You have 14 days from your initial subscription date to request a refund under this guarantee.
2. Who Is Eligible
The guarantee covers:
- First-time subscribers to Edward.
- Any paid plan tier.
- Both individual and business accounts.
- Customers worldwide, in all supported regions.
The guarantee does not cover:
- Returning customers or reactivated accounts.
- Accounts that have previously received a refund under this guarantee.
- Accounts that successfully generated content during the 14-day window.
- Accounts that published platform-generated content during the 14-day window.
- Dissatisfaction with the quality of generated content.
- Accounts found in violation of our Terms of Service.
- Requests submitted after 14 days from the initial subscription date.
3. How to Claim
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Money-Back Guarantee Request", including:
- The email address on the account.
- Your subscription date.
- A brief explanation (optional but helpful).
We verify eligibility within 1 business day. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.
4. What This Covers
This guarantee is intended to cover platform failure, not buyer's remorse. We will deny refund requests where:
- Content was successfully generated.
- Content was published to a connected site.
- The request reflects a change of mind or satisfaction concern (not a platform fault).
- We detect abuse patterns across multiple accounts.

5. After a Refund
When a refund is issued under this guarantee:
- The associated account is cancelled immediately.
- Any content generated during the trial remains downloadable from the dashboard for 30 days following cancellation.
- The account is no longer eligible to claim this guarantee on any future subscription.
